My boyfriend was pulled over in MA, where his license was suspended 3 days before. However, about 3 weeks before the MA suspension, he turned in his MA license and obtained a CT license as we had bought a house and relocated there. He was arrested for driving on a suspended license in MA. Is his CT license, then, only valid in CT and not in MA? He receoved no notice from the CT dmv and as far as we know his license is not suspended in that state. Why was his CT license not valid in MA? The suspension was for non-payment of child support. He is currently going through a child support battle because he was paying for children that were living with us...that is for another forum. Thank you for your input in advance.
