Default Do You Get Written Notice Of Intent To Sue
Are you supposed to recieve a written notice stating that a credit card company intends to sue before they actually do it? I recieved no notice of intent to sue before I got my summons.

The summons and complaint are the notice you receive when you are sued. If you're delinquent in your bills, there's no requirement of "one last warning".
