Okay i live in kansas and i was born in texas. my real mom gave birth to me and gave me to her sister. she put her sisters husbands name on the birth certificate even tho he is not my dad. her sister and her husband got a divorce and we moved to kansas. I never see me “dad” the guys name on my birth certificate and she won’t let me see my real mom. Is this leagal? I am unhappy and wanted to get emancipated but it seems that this is very hard and unlikely to work. I found my real mom and we have been talking with out the knowlage of my “aunt”. What rights does my real mom have to me if any? And is there anything I can do to get out of the house?
