Default Is Going Back To Court To Change Child Support Worth The Headache

I live in Indiana. Ex lives here too. Over the years all 3 of my children with ex have come to live with us. Child support was lowered each time till this one. He started college and is living full-time with us because we are more than an hour closer. Ex wants (and is) sending support back to me. She knows she will have to pay if we go to court. I haven't been able to see a lawyer yet, as I have been fighting a disease. In fact, I am writing this from IU Med Center after surgery that hopefiully has stopped it all.

I make decent money, she really doesn't. Will it be worth the headaches of going? My kids want me to, my wife wants me to, afraid I really don't care so much. Also, can there be any repurcussions from doing this?

I would think that you could have all child support dropped since the last one is in college. Not sure of the age CS terminates in your state. Call the CS office and see.
