Default Workman's Comp Claim In Alaska
I was shot in the back in 1995. Workmanss' comp did its thing with all the medical, etc., and in 1998, I took a settlement. Part of the settlement was that they would cover any additional medical issues that might come up. WEll, there have been four very MAJOR medical issues since then, the most recent right now, as I am laid up again from stomach problems. I would like to know if it is possible, here in Alaska, to re-open this case as I have lost a significant amount of work and income after I took the initial settlement. I look forward to any infomration that anyone might be able to offier.

Thank you so much.

Normally not if it was settled in full. However, you can certainly talk to a WC attorney.
