Default The Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA")

If a website is using your company name and linking to a competitor website can you send DMCA notifications to the hosting company? I thought that this act had to do with just copyright infringement, but on a website they said trademark infringement would also fall under this.

    Thanks!!
