Default Pennsylvania Identity Fraud Laws
Whats a standard penalty for a first time offender in PA for a crime similar to identity fraud with a value under $100.00. I know its technically a first degree misdemeanor, but would a judge dole out a 5 yr sentence for something that could almost be perceived as a simple misunderstanding?
