Default Paternity Statute Of Limitations
What are the statute laws of the State of Washington on the time with a child that you do not have legal paternity?

I'm not sure what you're asking.

Are you attempting to claim legal paternity and want to know how long you have to do so? Or are you looking at visitation arrangements for a child for whom paternity has not been legally established?
