Unhappy How Do I Remove The Wrong Father From A Birth Certificate, in Georgia
I just found out that the guy that i thought was my son's father is not his father. How do i go about taking his name off the birth certficate

You don't. The court does. How old is the child?

Either you or the bio father will have to start an action to establish paternity.

Depending on the age of the child it may be too late.

There are ways to disestablish paternity and remove the wrong man from the birth certificate, but the OP's post is so darn vague, there is no way to figure out whether it is possible. Nevertheless, it is always possible for a court to order the wrong person's name off of a bc.
