Default Unjust Enrichment and the Statute of Limitations Defense
i have seen some posts that mention a ca or jdb using unjust enrichment against someone using the sol defense. exactly what is it. would it nullify the sol defense?

Unjust enrichment is an equitable claim - it means just what it says, that somebody was unjustly enriched (at the expense of the plaintiff). It's not a "defense" to the statute of limitations - it's a separate cause of action. Beyond that, laws vary by state.
