Default I'm Not Sure If I Signed An Acknowlegement Of Paternity
I had a baby with my ex wife but we are now divorced.I was at the hospital to fill out some paper work after delivery. My name is on the babies birth certificate because we were married at the time of delivery. My ex wife later told me that the baby is not mine.DNA test proved that the baby is not mine.I'm not sure if I signed AOP.I'm only assuming that since we were married I wasn't suppose to complete the AOP form.I completed some forms with my social security number ,address etc.I was just trying to make sure my name appeared on the birth certificate.Since I'm the legal father and DNA has proven that I'm not the Bilogical father do I still have to pay child support?

You are the legal father until a court determines otherwise.

Yes, you are responsible for the support of your child.

How old is the child?

What does the putative father have to say about this? Does he want to establish paternity?

It depends on the judge. The judge may decide you are "equitable parent by marriage'/if there is no another father/.The judge may decide you are not the father...
