Default How Do I Claim Paternity Of 12 Year Old Daughter
I was dating this girl 12 years ago. She got pregnant and started seeing what has become her husband. The child is no doubt mine and they got married before she was born. The girl is 12 years old now. My question is, is there anything that I can do to have rights to my daughter? I live in the state of North Carolina.

Default Re: I Need Help!!!
It has been 12 years. Her husband is the child's father.

Why did you wait so long?
