Default Who Proposes First Settlement In Workers Comp Claim
hope you have been keeping an eye out or my post
my question is who propose the first settlement? is it the insurance company,or in my case the lawyer? I stated to my lawyer that i would not settle without medical.
medical was not included in the settlement that was proposed to me. My other concern is how will this affect the settlement by including medical?

far too late in the game to dimiss my layer(figure of speech)

thanks, washington dc
