I have been put through hell and back with insurance company and employer.

I was hit almost head on while driving for my employer.
The accident was no fault of mine. This happened on 4-25-07. WC doc inored complaints of the pain and loss of strength in both arms. Said it was soft tissue damage.

I requested any test that could determine the pain in my arms.

They did do a mri of my neck and showed slightly bulging disc in the neck of c3,c4,c5,c6 and c7.

I want to report the doc for being a paid insurance doc and negligence. I want to get a class action lawsuit against the insurance company and the employer for retaliation. I found out the insurance company pays these wc docs a large fee upfront. The faster they get us out to work the more theykeep...A CRIME

I did go back to work on light duty. But I believe because I went over my DM head to the RM for a raise I received prior. to the accident after the DM denied the raise when he was present

Long story shore RM did his investigation I was paid my raise retro on the next pay period....3 days later was told I have to drive again.

Told DM I cant drive on pain meds he more or less said tuff. Funny thing we had more than enough drivers but we were hiring for counter .

I want to file this lawsuit against one of the biggest insurance creeps out there. Read many horror stories on other forums with the same exact company.

Is it fiesable to do or am I wasting my time
