    Default Green Card Holder Faces Deportation For Crack Charge

    My brother took a deal on under 5 gram crack cocaine possession and he was sentenced to 9 months to county jail. After he finished his sentence he was detained my the INS. He has been in the USA since 1996. He is legal resident with Green Card.

    What are the options for arguing his release and does he have any chance of wining.

    We do not have the ability to predict what your brother's chances of staying in the US are.

    He needs to take this up with a qualified professional who specializes in Immigration issues.
