Default Hurt Back In Wisconsin
Hi, well i've been with this company for almost a year and about two months ago i hurt my back lifting, now i've been going to the chiropractic 2 days a week since then, and now she wants to send me to get x-rays and maybe an MRI i've been on light duty work, now last thurs. they fired me, it had nothing to do with me getting hurt but now i'm out of a job and have a hurt back, is their anything i can do?? i want to keep going to the dr. but i dont have the money and no WC
please help

If you have a work-related injury that prevents you from obtaining employment, you should qualify for worker's compensation benefits. In the interim, you can seek unemployment benefits.
