Default Moving Company Fraud
I paid to be moved from Florida to Oregon. I paid the total requested but they will not produce the weigh certificates. When ask they actually disconnected phones and email for a period of 2 months and could not be contacted. I would like to know where to post to see if it is possible to have an attorney legally confront the company.
Now living in Oregon and moving company located in Florida.

Default Re: Moving Company Fraud
What's the name of the company?

If they did not live up to their end of the contract, you can in fact sue them in small claims court.
