Red face Establishing Paternity Of Child Born After Husband's Affair
My husband had an affair with a married woman. She got pregnant and divorced her husband after the sixth month of the delivery. Her husband's name is not in the Birth Certificate, neither is my husbands.
Presently, she is suing my husband for child support. What can I do to block this lady from doing this? My husband doubt he is the father of her child especially considering she was married and still living with her husband at the time of the conception. Heeeeeeeeeeeeelp!

Default Re: Need Help For My Husband
He should request a DNA test, if the child is his he will have to pay support.
