Question Girlfriend Is Pregnant And Married To Another Man
We live in Tennessee. My girlfriend and I have been together for about four years. She is still married to her husband. She is now pregnant. What has to be done in order to have my name (the biological father) on the birth ceertificate. Also, we don't want him (the husband) to have any legal rights to the child. He has said that he won't sign anything (such as a Voluntary Acknowledgement of Paternity). Is there anything that can be done? PLEASE help baby is due in 4 weeks.

When the child is born the Husband will be the presumed Father. You will need to seek paternity test to prove child yours. None of this can be done until child is born
