My husband and I were sepearated for a couple of months, and I got pregnant from another man. My husband and I are back together, and he knows he's not the father of the baby. What are his rights, under Iowa law? Can he be on the birth certifiicate?

The gist of this statute is that the husband is presumed to be the father of any child born in wedlock, unless it can be proved otherwise."
