Default Provision of Alcohol to a Minor

An +21 adult provided my 15yo with alcohol and allowed him to drink his own alcohol at their house.

yes. what are you waiting for. Call the police, or better yet, drive on down to the station and file a report.

Certainly you can contact the police. However, since laws vary by state keep in mind that there may be little that can be done if the consumption did not otherwise cause injury to your child and was voluntary.

    What state is this?

Why did your child think it was okay to go drinking? Has the child been disciplined as well?
