    Default How Long Does Domestic Violence Stay On Your Record

    i live in texas i've had no problems in texas but my wife wants to move back to gerogia and hav a dv case in gerogia and i am wondering how long it stays on your record if you pled out?

    You pled guilty to a lesser charge?

    That charge remains on your record until you have it expunged.
