Default Drinking Charge Turned Into Possesion Charge

I recently got caught caught drinking underage. The officer wrote on the police report that I had a BAC of .078 when I was actually never breathlized. My lawyer had the court toss the BAC part out of my records then the case would be finished in my home county in a couple months for my final hearing. When I recieved my final court date it was written that I am being charged with "possession of alcohol" not "underage consumption". I know it may be a typo by the court, or is this what should happen because of they had no proof from the BAC? Would it be better for my case to go with the possession charge, in terms of that the punishement may be lighter? All advice is wanted.

What's the exact charge on your ticket (statute number), and what state are you in?

Ohio. The only numbers listed are the case number and the I.D. number? Would either of those be helpful?
