Default Acknowledgment Of Paternity After A Court Finding
Does a father have to sign an Acknowledgement of Paternity if a DNA test was done through the court and they established that he was the father?

If there is a judicial finding of paternity, it is not necessary to also execute an acknowledgment of paternity.

What about the paternity registry? Is that something that needs to be done in the state of Texas? I am sorry, but quite frankly, most of these laws are confusing to me.

No he was supposed to have done that when the court order was issued almost two years ago. I am trying to build a case against him, basically. I want a list of everything that he was supposed to do, and hasnt done, so I can prove his irresponsibity.
