My fiance has a child with another female and she has a protection order against him keeping him away from her and their daughter. it expires in 2009 but she is now going for child support. if he pays child support doesn't that entitle him rights to see his daughter? i know when he first found out about the order he went to the child support agency to pay it but they turned him down stating that him paying child support would entitle him to visitation and the protection order forbids that. i'm just curious if she would have to lift the order to get the support or if she can keep it and still get the money without him seeing his daughter. is there any laws in ohio about this?
