Default Changing Lanes In Intersection
I would like to know if it is legal to change lanes in an intersection with a stop sign in the state of Virginia?

Default Re: Changing Lanes In Intersection
Some states prohibit this; some do not. I don't see a Virginia statute prohibiting it (although I may have missed one); but there may be an applicable local ordinance.

If you received a ticket, what's the citation for the offense on the ticket? (Statute number, or municipality name and ordinance number.)
