Officer Failed To Sign Speeding Ticket in Washington State

I Wrecked my truck Monday morning on the way home from work.( first wreck in my life ) I was traveling with the flow of traffic when my rear end started to fishtail, i tried to correct but was in a limited area (bridge) luckily i didn't hit anyone, and i was fine, but totaled my 05 Nissan frontier.
anyways to get to the question.

The Washington state patrol officer failed to sign the ticket. after talking to a police officer buddy of mine in Montana. he said that the tickets not valid, least in MT it isn't.

anyone know what I should do? is the ticket valid or not? I wasn't traveling faster than anyone else. just happened that i was the one to slide.
any help would be great

PS also, he never made me sign the ticket.?? it seems strange too me i know i have 15 days to get it turned in.

In Washington State the oficer does not appear. If he fails to sign the ticket you can make a motion for it to be excluded. Since he is not there you can then as the judge to dismiss. This may or may not work. The judge could continue the case and give the officer time to appear or sign.

It doesn't matter whether you signed the ticket.
