Unhappy Workman's Comp Deposition
Hi My Name Is Connie Im From Florida And Am A Certified Nurses Aide Was Until I Got Hurt And I Have A Good Lawyer I Hope But Anyway I Have Been Fighting Them Since August 12th 2007 And The Adjustor Tried To Talk Me Out Of Hiring A Lawyer That They Care About Me But I Had A Lawyer And She Said That If I Fire My Lawyer She Could Get Me 2,500 Dollars.because I Was Fired From My Job And My Furiture And Car Was Taking My 13 Year Old And I Had To Go On Assistance And My Bills Were Behind So I Fired My Lawyer And Then I Thought What Am I Doing So I Hired Them Back And They Are Fighting Mad At Me My Lawyer Did Get Me $2,500 Before Christmas And They Took There Time But My Lawyer Was On Their Tail And Then I Got A Deposition Letter ,and If I Didnt Show Up I Will Be In Comtemt Of Court So I Faxed The Letters To My Lawyers And He Called Me And Said Im Not Going He Called Them And Said Im Not Atending And He Told Me Connie Dont Go .so Im Not Im In So Much Pain I Have Migrains And A Heriated Disks Torn Ligaments And I Need Pain Meds And They Wont Get Me To A Doctor Or Agree On One For Me It Pains Me To Write This.and My Question Is Has Anyones Lawyer Ever Tell You Not To Go To A Deposition Mine Is So Againstit Sorry For Being Long Winded But Im Hurt And Digusted

It would be very unusual not to go to a deposition, but I have no way of knowing what is happening in your case.
