What To Do About Default Judgment Collections
I have a default judgement against me and the amount they want of course is doubled. They snatched all my moneyI don't know where to turn and have no way of paying the amount of this judgement What do I do? Bankruptcy? I'm from New York

You didn't mention the amount of the judgment but you might want to talk to a bankruptcy attorney to see about declaring bankruptcy based on your income, assets & debts.
The attorney can also answer any other bankruptcy questions you might have.

hmn..sound very similar to my situation. I am also from ny (Onondaga county). I did a lots research about this situation, the only way we ca get the judgement from our profile is need a lawyer. Or you can try to file "motion" dismiss and get a debt consolidation after that. In this way they can be negotiate with them . Good luck
