I was recently ticketed for doing over 30 mph the speed limit on a California highway in the SF Bay Area by a motorcycle CHP, but I was absolutely not going that fast plus, there was too much traffic to do that speed without weaving radically. There was another vehicle the same color as mine speeding but is hard for me to say if they were going that fast and there was no mention of that by me or the officer. The officer did not cite me for weaving just the speed. I asked the officer how he got me doing such an exact speed (not rounded like 20 or 25) and he stated something along the lines of "because I got you at that speed". I was waiting to hear radar, laser, or pacing which he did not say at all. I am going to fight this in court but, does anyone have any advice for my defense? Thanks.

Since it was a motorcycle it was most likely Radar built into the bikes dashboard unless the cop was standing on the side of the road with a radar gun which I doubt. Dont call the CHP office anymore it might let the officer know what tactic you are using against him in court.
