Default What Happens If You Miss An Arraignment Deadline

i was supposed to schedule an arreignment by the 30th of december but i didnt get a chance to because i was visiting family in canada. i couldnt get back home in time because my driver got their license suspended and that created problems for me getting back home. what happens if you miss an arreignment deadline? and is this reason a good enough one for me to not get charged with FTA?? my original charges are 2 misdemeanors. any advice would be helpful

There is now a bench warrant for your arrest which now adds charges to your case (failure to appear). Your plea deal options may have just decreased. You need an Attorney

i cant afford an attorney. so if i go to court without one then im basically gonna get rammed in the buttocks right? they'll just give me the harshest punishment available right?
