Default Florida Paternity Petition Form
where can I get help filling out a paternity petition
I went to Legal aid office and they were no help
also called courthouse and got redirected a bunch of times
where can i finjd low cost or free assistance with filling out these forms in Broward county of Florida

If you are able to file your own, on your own behalf, pro se. Pro se means you are filing on your own (without an attorney). I would do this with caution though. I do not think it is ever good to file without an attorney unless it is in Family Court such are your situation. Even then, I would file with caution because you may be adding burdens upon yourself or signing away rights you are just not aware of.

I know that this thread is old but it came up in a search I was doing and I thought that if someone else sees this, it may be of some help.
