Default Statute Of Limitations for Domestic Violence in North Carolina
i have 2 failure to appears in NC over my suicidal ex wife and domesic violence charges.... i havent been in NC for over 2 years and i was wondering if the cases were still active or if they tossed them out.. any help would be grateful

Contact the court where the charges would have been filed, and see if there are any cases under your name.
