minor accident in a private parking lot

I come in contact with another car while turning left in the parking lot. My front driver side contact with her front passenger side. She have a dent the size of a coconut in her front bumper. I exchange my insurance information with her_ we even exchange information on our driver licence. A police came and he said that he can not file a report, give ticket or do anything about it since it a private parking lot. I ask him in this situation who have the right of way and who is at fault? He said no one_ again because this is a private property. What should I do in this situation? :?:
