I parked my car in an outdoor parking lot. When I returned to pick up my car, I was confronted by the parking attendant that my car has been hit. He explained that an ambulate truck backed up and hit the front right side of the car. The driver didn't realize that he had hit my car and kept backing up until he was stopped. He also told me that he already called the police. I was luckily that someone stopped him and was able to get his insurance and so forth.
My insurance adjuster told me that there is small damage to the inner structure of the car. This made me very angry. Even though my car will be fixed the fact that is has inner damage is not making me happy. I am worried that the damage can hurt me if I were to sell the car later. So, I would like advice on my options here and if I can even get a new car? Why should my 2004 car investment be at jeopardy if it was truly not my fault?
