Would Like To Re-Enter After Voluntary Departure

My husband left a year ago on a volunterary departure after being arrest for the third time for DUI in Wisconsin. I filed a i-130 and It was approved, now I have to file a 1-212 I'm told. What are the chances that it will be approved.
