    Default Replacing Condo Windows

There is an issue going on in our Association over who's responsibility it is to replace damaged windows in an individual unit.

I have been told by a local attorney that the responsibility is the Associations responsibility, not mine.

I recently replaced a window that was leaking at my own expense, when last year, the association replaced the front window in my unit that was also leaking.

The association is now refusing to reimburse me the money paid for the second window that was bad.

Who's responsibility is it to replace the windows, mine or theirs?

Responsibility for repair should be described in your agreement with the condo association. What does it say?
