I'm from Illinois and I'm having problems at home. I am the eldest of two siblings. My mom wont let me work. She told me that my grandparents are my extended family. She always says shes going to do stuff for us she doesn't. I want to live with my aunt. what can I do?

Living with your Aunt is not emancipation. What can you do is get sonsent from your parents to live with your Aunt outside of that there is nothing you can do

You can leave when you are 18.

You have posted nothing that would convince a judge to emancipate you even if Il had emancipation statutes.
