Default Breach of contract by college funding company
I entered into a contract with a company that claimed they could help get my children get college funding. The contract was $140 down and $99 a month for 13 months. This would be paid by automatic withdrawal from my checking acount. They withdrew the down payment of $350. I put a hold on my account . I told the company that they breached the contract. I have not made any payments. Now there is a collection agency after me for the balance. What can I do? What rights do I have?

Default Breach of Contract
That depends upon the terms of your contract. You may end up having to take them to court.
