Default Establishing Paternity and Getting Child Support While Living In Europe

I am living in The Netherlands with my 8 month old daughter.
I had her in Ohio and purposely did not put the fathers name on the birthcertificate due to not being able to get his signature for her passport.
I went to childsupport to get paternity and support established but he did not show for the paternity testing. Shortly after I moved to The Netherlands. Can I still get anything establishment from here?

    Thank you.

You can try. Ask the child support authorities where you are if they will coordinate something internationally.
