Getting a Dismissed Drug Offense Expunged

I had a drug offense dismissed about three years ago and I am wanting to go back to school in the spring. The field that I want to presue does a criminal background check and I wanted to know if I could get that expunged. I am over 21 by far.

You appear to have already read other threads describing the limits of North Carolina's expungement law. From what you have stated, you were over eighteen at the time of the offense and you are not eligible for expungement.
