    Dear Marble,

I am Barrister Austin Williams, personal attorney to Mr Patrick
Marble, who hails from your country, and was working with Aspamda
Development Company in Nigeria, Mr. Patrick was working in Nigeria,
until his death in April 2003 in Kenya Air Bus plane crash (A310 -
    300) Flight KQ430 .

Since then I have made several enquiries to your embassy here to
locate any of my clients extended relatives, this has also proved
unsuccessful. After these several unsuccessful attempts, I decided to
track his last name over the Internet, to locate any member of his
    family hence I contacted you.

My client deposited the sum of $9,000,000.00 (Nine Million united
State Dollars) in a bank and under this circumstance it is expected
that the next of kin as beneficiary should file an application for the
    claim of this fund .

I have contacted you to assist in repartrating the fund valued at US$9
million left behind by my client before it gets Confisicated or
declared unserviceable by the Bank where this huge amount were
deposited. The said Bank has issued me a notice to provide the next of
kin or have the account confisicated within the next fourteen official
    working days.

For the fact that I have been unsuccesfull in locating the relatives
for over 2 years now, I seek your consent to present you as the next
of kin to the deceased, since you have the same last name with my
client, so that the proceeds of this account can be paid to you.

Therefore, on receipt of your positive response, we shall then discuss
the sharing ratio and modalities for transfer. I have all necessary
information and legal documents needed to back up this claim. All I
require from you is your honest cooperation to enable us see this
transaction through. I guarantee that this will be executed under
legitimate arrangement that will protect you from any breach of the
law. Please get back to me through my email address or phone for
    further discussion.
Please i need this following informations from you.

1.Your private telephone and fax number
2.Your full name and contact address
    3. Your date of birth
To enable me file application on your behalf to the bank immediately.
    I await your urgent response

    Best regards.
    Barrister Austin Williams

    Default Reporting Spam Email Fraud

You can report it to the Secret Service, although you should clearly mark your correspondence to indicate that you had no financial losses (if in fact you have not lost money) - e.g., "No Financial Loss - For Your Records". If you send a print-out of an email, be sure to print out the full email header.

    United States Secret Service,
    Financial Crimes Division,
    419 Task Force
    950 H Street, NW,
