Is there a step parent that is going to adopt? Is the mother of this child agreeable to this?

Ok wait a second!! Your other thread does not even mention that child may not be his. He needs to seek a paternity test first. How old is this child?

The daughter is 13 and the son is 10. He asked for a paternity test and the Judge denied it, so what do we do???

It was denied because of the time that has gone by you failed to establish paternity and allowed him to act or believe he was Father. Is there another man ready to step in as Dad (a husband not a BF)?

Yes there is a stepdad. My husband wants a test because she cheated on him numerous times.

He is already established as Father through time at this point. If he wishes to give up his rights and teh Mother has a husband willing to step in as Dad (possibly adopt) then ther eshould be no problems. The time to establish paternity was years ago
