Mediation Hearing

i have a mediation hearing coming up next week and was looking for some advise. i do have an attorney who i recently hired. here is my status, i was injured by a fellow coworker while at work and i incurred a spinal fracture in the c5-c6 area of my back. went thru 12 visits with therapist and 9 months with doctor visits until i reached mmi. she gave me 5% ir and i have returned to work but doing different job than i had to do be the injury. i am a cable tv installer and have to sometimes pull lengthy runs of cable which i can not do any more because i have tried. what do i need to be made aware of to prepare myself for this mediation hearing coming up. any and all advise will be appreciated thanks

We don't know what is happening in your case or why your lawyer gave you that advice. Keep working with your lawyer.
