Default NCP Only Pays SCU When He "Feels Like It"

Our case was initiated in NY and I have since moved to AZ with my daughter. As advised, I filed the case with AZ state, but left enforcement to NY as this is where the NCP still resides.

It seems that he pays when he wants to, and whenever I kindly request an update when funds are late, he lies and says that he's already sent payment in or that the account will be paid in full by the end of the month.

I'm trying to decide whether it would be better to have the state of AZ initiate collection, leave it with NY's SCU, or if there is a way to have both states work on it. NY has done an income execution in the past but apparently there's nothing in his accounts to seize. Apparently, no luck with wage garnishment either since his employer is based in India and he works out of one of their US offices. Not to mention that he does a lot of work off the books as well.

Any direction would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance for your time and assistance!

Both states are required to work together for collection. Since your ex still lives in NY, you should contact both states and request enforcement actions be taken.
