Question Breach Of A Verbal Agreement For Personal Training

I have a client that is suing me for a breach of contract for personal training due to scheduling issues. I scheduled her as much as possible. And she is claiming that I promised her 4 days a week that which she was scheduled. Also she gave me a blackberry and now she is claiming that was a part of the agreement too.Virgina

    I'm sorry to hear that.

You have not asked a question. However, I will give you some advice. If you are being sued, you do not need a message board; you need an attorney in your state. Consult with one. Immediately.
