There only a few states that don't report. If you do a search on the internet, you'll find what you're looking for very quickly.

Sorry, Does NC or VA report traffic tickets to your home state.

That depends on which state is your "home" state. Here is a list of states that belong to either the "Drivers License Compact" or the "Nonresident Violator Compact" or both. Note that VA and NC belong to both, so unless your home state is MI or WI, I'd say you're SOL.

VA reports to your home state and so does NC. I have gotten conflicting reports from the NC DMV. One person said they did not report unless it was more than 10mph over the limit. Another said they reproted everything. This also begs the question as to whether your home state enters speeding tickets from other states.
