Violation of Probation In Texas

Hello, I was placed on deffered adjudicated probation on 12/06 for theft at a grocery store totaling $57 in Williamson County Texas. This was my first and only offense. I started paying my fines, did not really do much (or any) community service, or did I not complete my theft class. I went to every appoinment from 1/07-5/07 but I was offered a job in IL and decieded to leave. I have not had any contact with my PO since May of '07 and now it is December '07. I want to move back now, as fate and luck turns out I would rather be there. Now, my question is, I plan on hiring an attorney to gather all my info so that I can come back to TX. I do have warrants from traffic violations and I also was arrested twice while on probation for warrants. I sat in jail those two different nights, and was bonded out, and never heard anything from my PO or the judge, should I be concerned about that? I suppose what I am really asking is if there is any way my criminal defesne attorney can set up a plea with the judge and arrange a "walk-through". I do not want to sit in jail, I have another job lined up when I get back.

If anyone has any stories or knowledge about deffered adjucation POV's in the county of Williamson County and or the state of Texas, please let me know.
