Will They Extradite From Hawaii To Missouri

Hey! I was busted with they say 7 pounds of bud, actually was only 3.5 pounds..., in missouri back in june and now see on case.net that a warrant was issued a couple of weeks ago for my arrest citing Dist/Del/Manf/Produce Or Attempt To Or Possess W/Intent To Dist/Del/Manf/Produce A Controlled Substance { Felony B RSMo: 195.211 . They didnt have or get any search warrant except my consent to search after being basically threatened into letting them do their search They did not catch me growing anything nor do I sell pot, I am a medical user and am happily greedy with my pot. I now live in hawaii, and wonder what the parimeters are for extradition from so far away. I was extradited several years ago from missouri to montana on a felony warrant, and when I bonded on that warrant they had the balls to tell me that if I had been 200 miles further away and across the mississippi river, they would not have extradited because of the costs and distance. Now I am a licensed medical marijuana patient here in hawaii and I grow my own medicine, I would like to know if they would extradite this far as the costs would be high and I will fight extradition with an attorney here. Also, the charge I am facing there only warrants a maximum fine of 5,000 and up to 5 years in prison/jail. Ironically, I now see that there is either current litigation or amended law allowing medical marijuana users to posess up to 35 grams without going to jail. How about that, I might be legally allowed to smoke a medical marijuana fatty before going to trial and maybe even during the trial and between breaks..... WHATEVER!!!! So what do ya think?

That's a pretty hefty amount, so I would not be at all surprised if they seek extradition.
