Default Statute Of Limitations On A Private Student Loan
I know that there is no SOL on federally backed student loans. However, what I need to know is whether private student loans would fall under the 5 yr. Florida SOL for written contracts, or whether there is no SOL for it. Thanks in advance!!!

Are the loans federally guaranteed?
